What is your returns policy?

Aussie Farm Supplies will offer a refund if the item is not what you wanted, however given that this is due to your change of mind there will be additional fees and charges applicable. A customer who returns a product due to change of mind will be liable for the payment of return shipping. The money refunded to the customer will exclude the shipping already paid for the item and less a 15% restocking fee from the cost of the item. These items must be unopened, unused and of a resaleable condition otherwise there will be a no return policy applicable.
If the item is found to be genuinely faulty we will offer a remedy under the Competition And Consumer Act 2010. Such remedies can include a refund of the purchase price or the repair of the good. Returns will be at the discretion of Aussie Farm Supplies.
If you wish to return an item or it is faulty you need to make contact with Aussie Farm Supplies in order to arrange the approval and return of your product.

Do you ship items overseas ?

We do not ship most of our items overseas. The cost of freighting these items is just too high. If you would like an item shipped overseas you MUST contact us prior to purchasing. Use the contact us tab and make sure you put down the items you wish to purchase and your full address. We can then calculate a price for freight and get back to you. you can accept this price or decline. If you purchase products and you are located outside of Australia we will have no choice but to refund your money and the sale will be void. 

How much is freight?

Freight will vary dependent on the product/s that are being sent. The freight at Aussie Farm Supplies is worked out on a shipping unit system. Obviously smaller, non-dangerous items will be allocated a smaller number of shipping units and therefore the cost of shipping will be low. However as the items size and weight increases or the item falls under the Dangerous Goods Act 1985 these items are afforded a larger number of shipping units and the cost of shipping will increase accordingly.

Is this site secure for internet shopping?

Yes it is. Aussie Farm Supplies wants to make online shopping as secure as possible and it is for this reason that we have chosen to only accept PayPal as the method of payment. The advantage in doing this is that PayPal is secure and protects both the purchaser and seller during the transaction.

What is the time frame between purchasing a product and dispatch from the warehouse?

After your order has been finalized and payment received in full by Aussie Farm Supplies we will begin to organise the dispatch of your item. Please note that some items will be dispatched directly from our supplier to your doorstep. Keeping this in mind and the fact that we are located in New South Wales and if you are situated in another State delivery may take some time. Although your items may arrive promptly to your doorstep, Aussie Farm Supplies recommends to allow 10 to 14 days for your item to arrive. If there is a further delay in the shipping of your item Aussie Farm Supplies will endeavour to notify you of this as soon as possible. Can I be sure my details are kept private?

Although we need your personal details to enable access to the online shopping side of our website your details will not be used for any other purpose than for Aussie Farm Supplies to process and dispatch of your items.
We are committed in protecting your privacy and this means that we will comply with all applicable Australian and International Privacy Laws and ensure that our staff are aware of their obligations.
We will not use your personal information to send you unsolicited mail (i.e. junk mail or spam mail) unless you send us a request by mail, fax or e-mail that you wish to request further information regarding our business (i.e. quotation, pricing, technical information or other products and services we offer).

How do I shop online with this store?

Here is a quick step by step on how to shop with Aussie Farm Supplies:

 All of the items we supply are itemized into specific categories on the left hand side of the screen. If you scroll down the left hand side you should find the general category specific to your item.

Once you have found an item which you would like to purchase. Click the add to cart and the quantity of the item you would like to purchase

You have the ability to continue shopping once an item has been added to the cart. Just continue with the above steps until you find the rest of the products you were after.

Once you have completed your shopping you must finalise your purchase/s by using the ‘checkout’ tab on the far right hand side.


We only accept PayPal you as the method of payment. PayPal is a secure payment method that protects both the purchaser and seller in the transaction and this is why we have chosen to only offer PayPal to customers. With Paypal you can use your eftpos or credit card, or if you already have a paypal account, you can transfer money from your nominated bank account.

Can I order items over the phone?

No, we don't accept phone orders through this website.

How long will my items stay in my cart for before being removed?

Whilst you continue to browse and shop through our website your items will continue to appear in your cart. However if you leave the site for an extended period of time or close the Aussie Farm Supplies window your items may no longer be available in your cart for purchase. It is for this reason that we ask if you are wanting to purchase an item you finalise the transaction before leaving the Aussie Farm Supplies website.

Do you protect a buyer’s privacy when they purchase an item?

Yes when purchasing from www.aussiefarmssupplies.com.au be assured that your privacy is a high priority of ours. Although we need your personal details to enable access to the online shopping side of our website your details will not be used for any other purpose than for Aussie Farm Supplies to process and dispatch of your items.

Why does it cost so much to post chemicals?

Chemicals fall under the Dangerous Goods Act 1985 and as a result cannot be sent via normal shipping. The shipping service used to deliver chemicals must be registered to carry dangerous goods and it is for this reason that there are additional charges on the shipping of chemicals.

Do you offer a pick up service?

No, we do not have a pick up service available for purchases from this website.

Are your prices online the same as in store?

No the pricing of our online store and rural business are not the same. Although our pricing may be similar to our stores it will not be exactly the same.  It is for this reason that we will not offer any price matching between this online store and any prices that may be found in store.

Do you have a catalogue?

Yes we will have a selection of catalogue specials available through Aussie Farm Supplies. We are part of CRT and therefore have available a selection of specials from their catalogues. We will also from time o time have available our own catalogue specials for customers of Aussie Farm Supplies.
